Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer, applicable law may give you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, commonly within 14 days in the European Union. We do not intend this policy to restrict any mandatory consumer right. If you validly withdraw or receive a refund, you must stop using the software and must not share the licence or application.

How to request help or a refund

Stripe Managed Payments handles transaction-level support as merchant of record. Use the support or transaction link in your Stripe/Link receipt, or email [email protected] with your purchase email and receipt reference. We will also help with product issues and licence activation.

Faulty digital products

Mandatory rights concerning conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination and refunds remain unaffected. Please contact us first when possible so we can investigate and resolve a technical problem promptly.
